The Annual fees shall be as determined by the membership at an Annual General Meeting. Membership fees shall be paid for the entire “Membership Year” of the Association.
From each regular membership paid to the Central Service Association of Ontario, 20% will be reimbursed at the end of the fiscal year to each Chapter following receipts of a yearly financial report.
Membership fees shall be collected at the Provincial level. Membership fee accompanied by a completed application form shall be sent to the M.D.R.A.O. office. The membership/fiscal year shall be from June 1st to May 31st of the following year. The financial year is from June 1st to May 31st to enable a financial review.
Registration for membership closes each year May 31st for submitting payment. Any registration received after May 31st will be put towards the next year’s membership fee. A card and receipt will be mailed to each applicant once your form and payment are received. If any information is inaccurate when the card and receipt are received please contact the MDRAO office to make the correction immediately.
